Inn at Swan River is open year-round, and features 27 spacious units. Our warm and inviting guestrooms feature wall-to-wall carpeting, air conditioning, cable television, and a refrigerator. Efficiency units include a convenient kitchenette with utensils, coffee pot, and microwave. Enjoy our perfect respite in comfortable, well-appointed rooms after a fun-filled day of exploring the Cape. Selected guestrooms feature fabulous views of our picturesque pool and the natural beauty of the adjacent forest.

Newly renovated one-bedroom suite with charming décor includes two queen-size beds. This room includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and complimentary WiFi. Our newest and biggest suite! The Swan River Suite is a one-bedroom suite, with a large living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. The bedroom features a plush king-size bed, full-size futon, flat-screen television, iPod docking station, and plenty of closet space. The living room has a queen-size pull out sofa, flat-screen television, and a DVD player. Suite includes a full kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, all utensils, cookware, and dishware. The dining room has seating for six. This room is heated and has air conditioning, as well as complimentary WiFi, and is available for year-round use. The Swan River Suite can sleep up to six people.
